Apstrakt

Rad analizira performativnu praksu Barbare T. Smit i autorkino teorijsko istraživanje performansa u kontekstu njenog iskustva žene i umetnice tokom 1960- ih i 1970-ih godina. Propitujući novu discipline i njene politike, proizvode, kao i ograničenja, Smitova pokazuje izvanrednu svest o kompleksnosti i idiosinkraziji umetnosti performansa i neobičnu odgovornost u umetničkom ispitivanju, teorijskom promišljanju i artikulisanju performansa.
